Evaluation Frustration

Hello all my faithful viewers (and new ones alike). It is time for me to vent publicly about my job! As I have blogged before, I work at Commerce Bank. I have been there for three years, and make minimal money. My sister, Donna, who works as a temp. makes more. I was scheduled to receive my yearly review August 13th. Here we are, September 8th, and still no review or raise. I spoke with my lazy manager today and she said it was done, but "had to be approved." GRRRR! Does anyone else think it should have been typed before it was due????
