Maybe work doesn't suck?

While eating my lunch at work on Thursday, I overheard a conversation between the Head teller and our Regional manager. They were talking about a teller who would be moving to the Neshaminy branch of Commerce when it opens in December. The Head teller, Kathy, looked at me and said to the Regional manager (over the phone) "I think Dan wants to go to that branch as well - it is closer to his house." She was right!
Well - to make a long story short: I may be going to a new branch as the "Senior Customer Service Rep." -that's like a level below Assistant manager. I don't want to jinx anything... BUT... how cooooool would that be? Not to toot my own horn but since I made the transition to a CSR, I've gotten nods from upper management saying they've heard I was doing an "awesome job."
Not too shabby if you ask me.
Oh yeah, I'm still waiting for my raise and evaluation by the way! Grrrr.
