Rachel strikes again!

Two posts ago, I told you about an incompetent girl I work with named Rachel. I also mentioned that I wanted to go to a new branch -and that I'm not going, but Rachel is. She had her interview with the manager of the new store yesterday...it was supposed to take half an hour...she returned three hours later. I don't know where she was the whole time, but my manager didn't seem to care. The store manager gave me an assignment to decorate our breakroom (we have seasonal competetions) yesterday. Last time, I got stuck doing all the work myself - so this time around I said "No - unless I get help." Well Rachel caught wind of it, took the ideas I had written down and ran with them! Grrrr! She told the manager about all the ideas SHE had! I cannot wait until she leaves in December.

Wow, after reading that I can see why Donna thinks I should look for a new job. The thing that sticks in my craw is that the managers don't seem to care and think I'm making too much out of this. Granted, I do tend to over react when it comes to certain things. I don't think I am this time though. Maybe I am... I don't know.
